what to expect

Process, timelines, communication, and policies, so you know what you’re walking into before you book.

THREE QUICK FACTS

SPEED OF
RESULTS

Some wins happen quickly.
Most meaningful results build over over time.
Realistic consistency needs 6+ months.

GUARUNTEED OUTCOMES

I do not guarantee any outcomes.
And anyone who does is lying to you.
I build strong strategy and execute consistently. Outcomes depend on many different factors.

QUICK CHAT VS CUSTOM QUOTE

A Quick Chat is for simple questions,
getting pointed in the right direction,
or figuring out what to book.
A Custom Quote Planning Call is for
people who are ready to hire and want a quote.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

We align on what your priorities are, what matters most right now, and what success looks like in plain terms.

we start with deciding your needs

you complete a comprehensive brand questionnaire

This gives me the context I need to do the job well, without dragging you through a million meetings.

You’ll see early direction quickly, then we refine based on real feedback and performance.

i build & implement a plan

Marketing improves through steady execution and smart adjustments, not constant resets.

i run the work consistently

You will know what is happening, what changed, and what to pay attention to next.

we review and adjust as needed

TIMELINES & EXPECTATIONS

MONTHLY RECURRING CLIENTS

  • Setup, access, intake, and alignment. This is where we have your Design Consultation to discuss strategy, eliminate confusion, confirm priorities, and get the foundation in place.

  • Consistency becomes visible and improvements get clearer. Ads begin optimizing, and website changes start influencing conversions and search visibility.

  • This is where momentum usually becomes obvious. I have gathered enough data to adjust confidently and improve performance.

  • This is compounding. Strong marketing systems tend to get easier over time because the foundation we built is doing its job.

ONE TIME PROJECT CLIENTS

  • Setup, access, intake, and alignment. This is where we have your Design Consultation where you’ll share links, inspiration (if you have it), examples you like or hate, and any non-negotiables.
If the project depends on content from you (photos, brand info, service details), this is also when we collect it.

  • This stage is about getting the foundation right so we are not redesigning the same thing three times.
You receive the first full round to review, and then give feedback based on what you want to keep, what needs to change, and what feels off.

  • We tighten the work, refine details, and make it production-ready.
This phase can move fast when projects are small and/or feedback is clear and timely. It can also stretch if approvals are delayed, new ideas keep getting added midstream, or the project itself is large.
If priorities change, we pause and reconfirm what is in scope before continuing.

  • Final files or the final build is delivered after approval. You’ll receive what you need to actually use the work, not a random folder of mystery files. If there are launch steps or final setup items, those are confirmed ahead of time so nothing surprises you at the finish line.

If you have a deadline (launch, event, seasonal campaign), share it upfront. If it’s realistic, we’ll build around it. If it’s not, I’ll tell you early and offer the closest honest timeline.

Sometimes a rush timeline is possible, depending on what you need and what my current schedule looks like.

If we agree to rush work, expect:
A tighter scope
Faster feedback requirements
A rush fee
Clear boundaries on what can be delivered quickly without a drop in quality

IF IT IS NOT REALISTIC, I WILL TELL YOU UPFRONT AND OFFER THE CLOSEST HONEST ALTERNATIVE.

IF YOU NEED IT FAST

COMMUNICATION

what i control vs what platforms control

I control strategy, execution, creative direction, testing, and optimization. Platforms control delivery variables like algorithm shifts, auction dynamics, and competition.

You will get clear updates, clear questions, and clear next steps. If something is not working, I will tell you, and I will bring a plan for what to do next.

how you’ll hear from me

You can expect replies during business hours. If something is time-sensitive, I’ll tell you the best channel to use.

response time

If a project needs approval, I will request it. Quick feedback keeps timelines moving. Slow feedback slows delivery. Simple math.

approvals & feedback

If feedback or materials are delayed, timelines will shift. I’ll tell you what I need and what the new timeline looks like.

if you go quiet

POLICIES & BOUNDARIES

If you add requests outside the agreed scope, we will update the plan and pricing. That keeps expectations clean and avoids resentment on both sides.

scope changes

Final approved deliverables are yours to use after payment. I retain copyright and working files. Designs can’t be sold or transferred.

ownership & files

I do not promise results. I do not offer unlimited “pick my brain” support outside the scope of your service. And I do not build strategy and then disappear.

OTHER COMMON FAQS

  • I work with both product and service businesses. The strategy changes based on how your business sells, but the goal stays the same: clear messaging, consistent execution, and marketing that supports revenue.

  • Absolutely! Most work can be done remotely. For anything location-dependent, we’ll confirm logistics before booking.

  • You’ll receive confirmation and next steps. Once onboarding is complete, we confirm your start date and first priorities.

  • I’ll request access to the specific accounts needed for your services.
I do not ask for passwords unless there is no other option.
Wherever possible, access is granted through added user permissions.

  • Go to the Start Here page. If you still feel stuck, book a Quick Chat so I can point you in the right direction.

  • One time projects require at least 50% up front as your deposit. The remaining balance is due when the project is complete before deliverables are handed over.

Monthly clients require the full payment of selected services on their due date each month. There is also a required $200 onboarding fee.

  • Of course! If your needs grow, we can adjust your services through a clear update to deliverables and pricing.

  • Monthly services start with a 6-month commitment. After that, it switches to month-to-month and continues automatically unless you formally cancel.

  • If it’s not a fit, no hard feelings!
We wrap cleanly based on work completed and the terms already agreed to.

  • After your initial 6 months, monthly services require 30 days’ notice to cancel. Services continue during the notice period, and billing continues as scheduled.
